Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email for easy printing at home.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
